Patricia A. Stambaugh (Heath)
Patricia A. (Heath) Stambaugh, 82, entered into rest on Saturday, March 17, 2018 at Providence Place in Dover. She was the wife of Carl L. Stambaugh, sharing 63 years of marriage.
Patricia was born in Lebanon on October 20, 1935, daughter of the late Gordon and Florence (Blouch) Heath.
She was a member of Saint Paul Lutheran Church where she retired as the Parish Secretary after 35 years. Following retirement she was very active in the church serving in the Blanket Ministry, as a Sunday School teacher, and many other duties. Patricia enjoyed bowling. She was a member of the PA Bowlers Association and Shiloh Lioness Club.
In addition to her husband, Patricia is survived by three children, Michael E. Stambaugh and his wife, Connie of Roseto, Susan E. Roth and her husband, Kyle of Nazareth, and Bruce A. Stambaugh and his wife, Coleen of West Long Branch, NJ; six grandchildren, Philip Stambaugh and his wife, Courtney, Kylene Sanders and her husband, Robert, Darrell Roth, Leigh Stambaugh and her fiancé, Cameron Fulton, Connor Stambaugh, and Dillon Stambaugh; three great grandchildren, Bowen Sanders, Brooklyn Stambaugh, and Deacon Sanders; and her brother, Gordon “Skip” Heath, Jr. and his wife, Virginia. She was preceded in death by a son, Neal Stambaugh and a brother, Larry Heath.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, March 22, 2018 at Saint Paul Lutheran Church, 250 Trinity Road, York, with her pastors, Pastor Paul and Sally Gausmann officiating. A visitation will be held on Thursday from 10 to 11 a.m. at the church. Burial will follow the service in Saint Paul’s Wolf’s Church Cemetery.
