Obituary for
Ann Marie Lincoln (Smith)
Ann Marie (Smith) Lincoln, 82 of York, PA, entered into eternal rest in the comfort of her home on March 13, 2018. She was the wife of the late Edward P. “Big Ed” Lincoln, Sr.
Born July 18, 1935, in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Mary Concordia.
Ann Marie was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. She was a fan of horse racing, a photography studio model, enjoyed jazz, big band music and Frank Sinatra, but her greatest love remains her family. A single column cannot describe this living angel to those who may not have known her personally.
She is survived by her daughter, Lisa M. Lincoln; her son, Edward P. Lincoln, Jr. and his wife, Kathleen of Marietta, PA; granddaughter, Jessica A. Clark and her husband Jack of York; grandson Nathan E. Wolfe and his wife Briahnna of York; granddaughter Ivana M. Lincoln of Marietta; and two great-grandchildren, Alexander J. Clark and Evelyn R. Clark. Ann was recently predeceased by her cousin, more like a sister, Jean Dunlap. Their families will miss hearing them recant the glory days of their shared childhood. Ann touched every life she encountered with her grace, kind heart, and love. Her extended family includes many, especially Andrea (Angie) McClintock, Tatyana Green, Natasha Green and all of her ‘adopted’ children and grandchildren, as they filled her life with great joy. She was “Grandma Ann” to many.
A viewing and visitation will be held from 10:00-11:00 a.m. Monday, March 19, 2018 at the Etzweiler Funeral Homes and Cremation Service, 1111 E. Market St. York, PA with funeral service beginning at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow in Mount Rose Cemetery.
