Michael Paul Sarbaugh
Michael Paul Sarbaugh, 59, of York, died on September 9, 2016 at Pleasant Acres Nursing and Rehab Center. Born in Columbia on September 30, 1956, he was the son of Dorothy (Sechrist) Hibner of York and the late Donald Sarbaugh.
Mikey attended school at the Lincoln Intermediate School of York. He worked at Pool Pak for 21 years and also worked for RITC as an assembler.
He was a member of Christ United Methodist Church, Yorkana.
Mikey was such an influence in so many people’s lives through the years, and an inspiration to all.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by a sister Michelle Shirey and her husband Jeff of York, a brother Jeffrey Sarbaugh and his fiancé Susan Lutz of Red Lion; five nieces and nephews, Logan and Mallory Shirey, Jennifer Rodland, Korey Sarbaugh and Amy Writer.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, September 14, 2016 at 11:00 am at Christ United Methodist Church, 5 Main Street, Yorkana. A visitation will be held from 10:00 am until 11:00 am Wednesday at the church.
